John Bielefeldt MIRM

Mr. Bielefeldt specializes in investments, acquisitions and asset management activities for commercial, residential and amenity properties. Prior to joining Crown, he was an executive with several leading developers responsible for sales, marketing, asset development, financing and investor relations. He has consulted to over 400 developers/builders and helped develop market and sell over 100 real estate projects with value exceeding $1.25 Billion. Mr. Bielefeldt has focused on value add--recovery of distressed assets and is considered a expert in sales, lead generation, target marketing, financing and asset management. Mr. Bielefeldt graduated from Cornell University. He is a broker in FL, GA, and SC.

Matt Gillio

Mr. Gillio is a seasoned owner/operator and developer who specializes in the hospitality and real estate industry. He previously worked with the hospitality group at Paine Webber helping investors finance, develop and manage signature properties. Among top projects include the Four Seasons Resort St Kitts and Bella Casa resort near SeaWorld Orlando. His recent focus has been with distressed hospitality assets from GE capital and turnaround management. He has successfully developed and managed projects in excess of $1billon in value.

Mr. Gillio has been published in numerous investor publications, and is a feature speaker at senior level IMN, Crittenden and Opal conferences. Mr. Gillio completed his undergraduate and master’s degree in Wisconsin. He spent his first few professional years as a college football coach prior to focus on the hospitality industry. Mr. Gillio is affiliated with the World Hotel Group.

Debby Brown

Debby Brown Ms. Brown specializes in residential sales and marketing for leading developers and investors. Ms. Brown is an award winning professional who has worked in sales and project management on resort, marinas, and high end developments for Centex. Ms Brown has extensive expertise in management, on site sales and high impact marketing programs. She is very active in the local brokerage and development communities.

Mike Crough

Mr. Crough specializes in finance, brokerage, acquisitions and lending to the commercial and residential markets. Mr. Crough is a 20-year acquisitions veteran with focus on SFR, multifamily, hospitality and finance. Mr. Crough has extensive experience in investor strategies, acquisitions and finance with the real estate community. He is very active in the local community with distressed properties and asset management.

Robert Malanga SSMBB

Mr. Malanga specializes in Investment Properties, Hospitality, Commercial, REOs, NPNs and Financing. Formally a Vice President from G.E. Capital Mr. Malanga is a licensed Realtor in Florida and New York and has a sales portfolio exceeding $2 billion. Mr. Malanga is a graduate from Princeton and Stony Brook Universities and is currently using his Six Sigma Analytical skills in determining the optimum properties to offer to his Investors.

John Murphy

Mr. Murphy specializes in brokerage, acquisitions and dispositions to the commercial and residential markets. Mr. Murphy is a 20-year real estate veteran and is an expert in value added and distressed properties. He has extensive hands on experience in builder/developer investment strategies, land, and exit strategies.

Mark Partin

Mr. Partin is considered a expert in investment sales, project marketing, and international buyers with a focus on value add US opportunities and value driven real estate. Previously Mr. Partin was an senior executive with Interwest/Playgrounds and has helped develop and market over 200 projects worldwide valued at over $2 Billion. Current focus is on investor relations, value add investments and bank workouts. Mr. Partin is affiliated with Sotheby's international and brings international capital relationships.
